  • Direct and mentor Project Managers to ensure that multiple high-rise condominium projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Take the lead in making critical decisions regarding design elements and subcontractor choices, ensuring that all construction activities align with the project's objectives and meet client expectations.
  • Engage directly in problem-solving throughout all phases of the project, from initial planning through to final completion.
  • Oversee interactions with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders, making strategic decisions about procurement and contracts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to coordinate design decisions and address any design-related issues that may arise.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements across all project sites to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Keep track of project budgets and timelines to identify and address potential risks, ensuring that projects are delivered successfully and profitably.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress and any issues to senior management, communicating clearly and offering solutions as needed.

  • Strong background as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager, ideally with experience in mixed-use, high-rise, or complex ICI new builds.
  • Relevant educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience overseeing the full cycle of large-scale projects from design through completion.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with demonstrated experience managing project teams both in the office and on-site.
