Construction Manager / Site Manager X2

Construction Manager x2 Start Up Fit Out Contractors x2 (est. 3yrs) Central London £45,000 - £65,000 and package CSC are working with two specialist main contractors within the commercial, retail, education, health care, and hospitality fit-out sectors. Both contractors have emerged from the Senior Leadership Team breaking away from Tier 1 fit-out companies. They aim to incorporate the best processes and procedures from Tier 1 contractors while adding flexibility and a strong understanding of work-life balance to deliver exceptional projects for their clients. They are currently looking for a Construction Manager who can work under a Project Manager to deliver CAT A and B fit-out projects up to £5 million. Duties will include: Demonstrating a sound understanding of relevant H&S practices and regulations Promoting a safe working environment Site management experience, including management of contractors and external partners Ability to prepare site-specific risk assessments and method statements Full understanding of the sub-contractor order to minimize sub-contractor variation instructions Experience engaging and consulting with contract surveyors, sub-contractors, and relevant partners/stakeholders to work collaboratively to deliver the project Please call Adele Lucken or apply now for full information on this exciting Construction Manager role.
