My client, a Tier 1 Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire, currently has a number of exciting new projects in place and is looking for multiple Construction Managers to join their team in the Swindon, Wiltshire area.
Construction Manager Responsibilities:
Subcontractor Management Manage multiple packages Manage Assistants and Trainees Co-ordinate, drive and control initial site set up, actively installing Company systems and procedures. Manage site teams by monitoring performance against contract targets and instigating any necessary corrective actions.
Required Skills & Experience:
A proven background working for a Main Contractor Proven ability to manage projects and deliver quality work on time, within budget Industrial & Logistics, Pharma, Life Science project experience. Relevant construction Degree or related Level 4 and above qualification (HNC/ NVQ) Site Management experience including management of contractors and external partners
