My client are a leading tier 1 residential contractor with a strong presence in the UK. They are currently seeking Construction Planner to work on a Complex RC Frame scheme with an underground car park, and the future phase will be a high-rise building. You will report to the Planning Director and play a crucial role in all aspects of Planning
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain project programmes ensuring compliance with standards and contract requirements.
- Monitor project progress on-site using relevant tools, identify risks and delays, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Review supply chain programmes, coordinate with teams to mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with the contract programme.
- Participate in meetings to discuss project status with teams and the supply chain, fostering clear communication.
Key Skills:
- Experience with ASTA
- Degree Educated
- Construction site experience
- Excellent written and communication skills.
