£90,000–£110,000 + Package (project bonus, travel allowance) We are working with a Main Contractor in London on a Project Director level appointment to work on a number of landmark schemes in Central London. This is a permanent role with an established yet growing business with a really interesting portfolio of projects. A Project Director here is a certain type of person. You need to be an inspirational leader who has the buy-in from everyone in the project team. You will need to be an excellent communicator who is able to maintain client confidence as well as manage the whole supply chain to deliver. You will need to be a bulletproof organiser, who can create comprehensive programmes on the fly. You will need to be unshakable and able to handle anything assertively and decisively. Project-wise, you will need to have experience delivering ultra high-end projects with the Main Contractors and an understanding of not only the level of finish on such projects but a real ability to understand requirements and communicate these throughout the project.
