Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and policies. Coordinate across teams to ensure seamless integration. Maintain open communication with stakeholders, addressing concerns and providing updates. Lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts. Manage budgets and financial aspects in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor, including contracts and reporting. Oversee quality assurance, safety compliance, and conduct site inspections. Collaborate with Tier 1 contractors to align with project goals and timelines. Monitor contractor performance and address issues promptly. What we are looking for in the successful candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore). Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and procurement processes. Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards. Strong understanding of CAPEX procurement practices and contract negotiation. Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, project management software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Food / FMCG experience preferred.
