Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective time management and proficiency in Civil 3D to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Responsibilities Plan, execute, and finalise construction projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status, risks, and issues. Foster a collaborative team environment by effectively communicating with all team members. May be asked to travel between sites around the UK. Skills Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Must hold valid SMSTS and CSCS card. Excellent leadership and team management capabilities. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of work quality. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
