Our client is a boutique Project Management Consultancy operating throughout London. They urgently require an ambitious building professional to join their specialist health care team.
The requirement is for a self-starter from a client side, consultancy/project management background in the private health care or public sector hospitals with the necessary entrepreneurial skills to manage both new build and CAPEX refurbishment projects, from design development, planning, and ultimately the delivery to successful completion.
We are looking for a ‘construction professional’, with a formal qualification/training in Construction Management, Architecture, or possibly Quantity Surveying, but must have a solid foundation in building/construction.
This is a long-term opportunity and benefits include a generous basic, bonus incentive, travel allowance, private health cover, and pension contribution. The remuneration figure quoted is subject to experience.
