With a commitment to excellence and a focus on delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of interior fit-out projects. Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial fit-out projects. Working closely with our clients, design teams, and construction professionals, you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent project management capabilities, and a proven track record in delivering successful commercial fit-out projects. Responsibilities: Project Planning:

Develop comprehensive project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Execution and Monitoring:

Lead project teams in the execution of commercial fit-out projects from initiation to completion. Monitor project progress against established timelines and budgets. Implement effective communication channels to keep stakeholders informed of project status.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control. Implement corrective actions as needed to address deviations from project specifications.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met. Monitor expenses, identify variances, and implement cost-control measures.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Cultivate strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain positive relationships.

Team Leadership:

Provide effective leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. Conduct performance evaluations and mentor team members for professional development.

Qualifications: Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software and tools. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
