Project Manager
to join our MCR office in

Our primary focus lies in developing new residential and industrial projects and managing a diverse portfolio, which includes around 5,000 residential plots and commercial/industrial assets exceeding £2 billion in value. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Ensuring all pre-commencement duties are fulfilled. Working with our internal planning department and end project sales team to manage projects from inception through to delivery. Delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the brief. Providing a customer-focused service while achieving key performance targets and value for money. Providing leadership and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations. Ensuring effective communication of information and monitoring of budgets and progress for each project. Managing day-to-day operations and diary management for staff and subcontractors. Submitting weekly reports to the commercial director, asset manager, and the CEO. Appointing and arranging local authority/statutory body inspections. Creating tender packages and managing the process with a focus on commerciality. Personal and Professional Attributes: Must approach problematic situations head-on, be prepared to be a sounding board, and provide appropriate solutions. Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable negotiating with subcontractors. Professional approach. Confidence to deal with people at all levels. MCR Benefits: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing by 1 with every completed year to a maximum of 25 days. Your birthday off. Free eye test voucher.
