Our client is a contractor who specialise in Groundworks, Demolition and Remediation works.
They are currently looking for a Site Manager experienced in Groundworks & Piling to join them on a project in Addlestone.
Duration: 1 - 2 years
Value: £1.5M+
Rate: £250-£300 per day depending upon experience.
Criteria:
- Proven Site Manager with experience working on similar projects
- Groundworks & piling experience
- Management CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Strong Health & Safety background and qualifications – desirable
- Ability to deal with sub-contractors at all levels
- Strong communication and IT skills
- Ability to lead by example and drive the workforce
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Working references – essential
