50K Location: Stockton on Tees Hours 8a.m. to 4p.m. Monday to Friday Job Title: Construction Site Manager About the Role: We are seeking experienced and dynamic Construction Managers with a strong background in groundworks for our civil engineering client. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of groundworks projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and supervise groundworks projects from inception to completion. Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors. Budget Management:

Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and financial control. Quality Control:

Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and specifications. Health & Safety:

Implement and enforce health and safety policies on-site, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff and contractors. Client Liaison:

Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns and providing regular project updates. Problem Solving:

Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and financial records. Qualifications and Experience: Education:

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management with a focus on groundworks. Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Certifications:

Relevant certifications in health and safety (e.g., NEBOSH, SMSTS) are highly desirable. Knowledge:

In-depth knowledge of groundworks techniques, materials, and best practices.
