New build for UHNWI The Opportunity: Join a leading main contractor delivering a completely unique and huge private house in the Buckinghamshire countryside. The project is coming to an end and they require an additional manager to help push through the final finishes. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring adherence to project plans. Maintain the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality expected in super-prime projects. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the site. Liaise with the Project Director, Project Manager, and key stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates. Manage site logistics, including material deliveries and storage. Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Foster a collaborative and professional environment among the on-site team and subcontractors. Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-value, luxury residential refurbishment projects ideally. A meticulous approach to detail and quality assurance. Strong understanding of health and safety standards within the construction industry.
