– Level 4 Duration: 39 months Starting Salary: £24,637 (subject to 2025 review) Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am - 4pm Location:

Motorway Maintenance Compound, Finnley's Lane, West Cowick, Goole DN14 9ED Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of highway construction and maintenance activities. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays. Support the preparation of site documentation, including risk assessments and method statements. Participate in site meetings and contribute to project planning and scheduling. Qualifications

GCSEs at grade C or higher in 3 subjects including mathematics, English, and science, or equivalent or relevant experience. Skills

A keen interest in construction and infrastructure projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations. Willingness to learn and develop new skills. A desire and passion to grow your career at Amey. Willingness to apply all safety requirements when carrying out work. Willingness to attend training courses and fully participate in activities and related assessments. Willingness to maximise learning opportunities through work. Willingness to successfully complete their Apprenticeship course. Passion for developing your skills both professionally and personally.
