Advise clients on a variety of non-contentious and contentious construction matters, including contracts, disputes, and risk management Draft, review, and negotiate construction agreements, such as JCT and NEC contracts Work closely with developers, contractors, and other key stakeholders to deliver clear, commercial advice Support the team in resolving disputes through adjudication, arbitration, and litigation when necessary About You:
