Construction Systems Coordinator
Construction Systems Coordinator focuses on train project personnel in the effective use of management and construction information systems.
What the role involves
- Train project personnel in the effective use of management and construction information systems.
- Maintain project data, including quantities, planning information, accounting data and standard libraries.
- Managing construction progress reporting and quantity tracking systems.
- Ensure that erected and installed work quantities are accurately recorded and maintained.
- Supporting quality management activities through the administration of project information systems.
- Interface with engineering, construction, planning, procurement and project controls teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Skills and requirements
- Previous experience working on major EPC, Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Carbon Capture, Energy, Industrial, or Major Infrastructure projects.
- Experience coordinating, administering or managing construction information, progress tracking, quality or completions systems.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows, reporting, quantities and project interfaces.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Confirmed role details
- 12 Months (Project Duration).
- 5.5 Days Per Week Onsite.
- Status: Outside IR35.
