The Role
Our two-year 9Start development programme is a launchpad for successful careers, combining on-the-job learning and formal training. You’ll take on real client work, attend regular knowledge sharing sessions, and participate in formal training modules delivered by our team, all supported by a dedicated Mentor.
You will be welcomed into the 9Start programme with a clear structure and development plan, and you’re encouraged to immerse yourself in exciting projects. In your first week, you’ll begin internal projects and start a placement with your first client to gain consultancy experience.
As a successful ‘9Starter,’ you will have a genuine thirst for knowledge across all opportunities and sectors we offer. Passion and enthusiasm are what we look for, and you’ll learn that making mistakes is part of the journey, building resilience and confidence to develop your approach.
