About the service: We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Consultant Anaesthetist to work in a bright and vibrant hospital in Middlesbrough, North Yorkshire. The role will be to join a dedicated and supportive team providing a comprehensive anaesthetic service for both inpatient and day acute surgeries. This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Consultant Anaesthetist to work in a dynamic environment, offering a broad range of procedures across various specialties, where quality patient care is always a priority.

About the role: As a Consultant Anaesthetist, you will be responsible for: Providing anaesthetic services for a variety of acute surgeries, both inpatient and day cases. Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. Supporting your own ongoing professional development, including participation in Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Engaging in clinical governance and contributing to the development of anaesthetic services.

Who we're looking for: To apply for this position, you must have: Full GMC registration on the Specialist Register with no restrictions. Full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 5 years experience with at least two years of experience working at a Consultant level in the UK. A strong commitment to continuous professional development and providing the highest standards of patient care.

Person Specification: All applicants must have a valid GMC registration on the Specialist Register and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. At least 2 years UK experience working at a Consultant level is essential for this position.
