Liverpool Early Help Service is recruiting 2x Consultant Social Workers to support practice improvement in the Early Help Hubs.
The successful candidates will be responsible for undertaking audits of case work completed by Outreach Family Support Workers and Early Help Social Workers to support practice development.
The audits will focus on the child’s ‘lived experience’ as well as the quality and impact of practice to promote improvement across the service.
Feedback will be provided on an individual basis to support learning and development with individual staff, and the candidates will also collate thematic findings in audit reports to be shared across the service.
