Job Description Role Objective Consultants are responsible for assisting Senior Consultants, Supervisors, and Managers with the successful delivery of the team’s output of work, reporting in most cases to the Senior Consultant or Supervisor responsible for the team. This includes the preparation and drafting of applications, monitoring workflows, ensuring the CRM is updated, and day-to-day liaison with clients. The Consultant will work independently on cases but will also be expected to share knowledge and expertise with other members of the team and to take a keen interest in developing their own knowledge and experience. Key Responsibilities Adhere to office process flows to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity Ensure that all Service Level Agreement standards are met or exceeded Update and maintain applications within our technology platforms, ensuring all applications are processed within the required SLA’s Answer directed calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, within the required SLA’s Ensure that all key emails and benchmarks are updated within the timeline of CRM Provide accurate information to clients upon their visa request, with support Undertake all other reasonable duties / additional projects as requested by the Manager / Senior Consultant / Supervisor Identify service issues and escalate to Manager / Senior Consultant / Supervisor as appropriate Research tasks as delegated by Manager / Senior Consultant / Supervisor Ensure that any cases allocated to them are invoiced in a timely manner Maintain deep content knowledge based on all aspects of Nomadic's business process to complete orders, systems capabilities, and company policy & procedure Work closely with other areas across the business to support ongoing improvements Provide cover to other caseworkers on leave as required by the Manager Provide assistance, guidance, and training to visa coordinators and other consultants as required by the Manager / Senior Consultant / Supervisor Assist on more complex cases under the guidance of the Manager / Senior Consultant / Supervisor Ensure all applications are opened and processed within the specific time frames Key Skills Previous visa processing experience Strong background in a client-facing role Ability to research effectively on your own to find answers to more complex or unique cases Ability to follow the instructions of senior members of staff Develop strong working relationships with team members and gain their confidence through displaying professionalism and efficiency in all communications Able to plan workload often with conflicting deadlines, able to meet deadlines and priorities for own work, taking into account delivery expectations and agreed client service standards Proven ability to generate clear, well-organized written work and effectively express oneself verbally in an articulate and polished manner Strong listening skills Accurate work style; focus on details Any second languages are always beneficial
