CPL UK Healthcare (formally RIG Locums) are currently looking for a General Adult Consultant, NHS based in Hereford, Midlands area.
The role offers highly negotiable rates for a dedicated psychiatrist. The trust seeks an enthusiastic Consultant in General Adult Psychiatry to work full-time and it would be excellent for someone wanting to broaden their experience of community psychiatry and develop their clinical skills in a supportive and challenging environment. The team is well established with good support from senior clinical and managerial colleagues.
This post, and others in the AMHT, have been reconfigured from pre-existing Recovery Team (generic secondary care community mental health team) medical posts; including new posts developed and funded as a direct result of the new transformation funding. This post has become available now due to the retirement of the current post-holder. This post sits alongside the other 0.6 WTE consultant psychiatrist.
The post-holder will have sole use of an office at the team base, smartphone, lightweight laptop with remote access and digital dictation; and will be supported by a whole-time equivalent medical secretary. The Trust operates an electronic patient record system (Care Notes).
