We would like to invite applications for a Consultant Neurophysiologist to join our Dorset-wide Neurophysiology team. This post will be primarily based at Poole Hospital and the successful candidate will work in partnership with our substantive consultants team running clinics across Poole and Dorset County Hospitals. The Neurophysiology Department is part of the Networked Medicine directorate and offers a wide range of services. Main duties of the job
The main purpose of the post is to support the provision of highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement. The Appointee will undertake clinics at Poole hospital. Qualifications
MRCP (UK) or an equivalent qualification Entry on the General Medical Council (GMC) Specialist Register for Neurophys or CCT in next 6 months Experience
Satisfactory training in Neurophysiology Ability & Knowledge
Wide knowledge of Neurophysiology Audit
Experience in hospital clinical audit Research
An understanding of the Research process Management ability
Management ability Other requirements
Innovative, committed, hard working. Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills in English Disclosure and Barring Service Check
