Permanent Full-Time 10 PAs This is an exciting opportunity for a substantive full-time Consultant in the department of Diabetes and Endocrinology at St. George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder is required to support the service with management of general diabetes and endocrine cases as well as GIM inpatients. The appointee will take part on a pro-rata basis to cover GIM inpatient ward. The appointee will need to be flexible and prepared to contribute to any of the many clinical activities of the department. The timetable may vary according to the needs of the department. The appointee is expected to contribute to weekend on calls (either acute medicine or specialty service, currently under review, approx. 1-1.5PA, 8 weekends annually).
