Provide senior medical support to the team, and direct input on clinical cases. Provide guidance and supervision to the team. Work directly with patients and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external health providers and acute hospitals. Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member whilst allowing them to work with their own initiative. Commit to collaborative working, actively supporting and liaising with other health and social professionals, and agencies. Person Specification: GMC:
