We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Consultant in Stroke Medicine on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful Stroke Department.
The successful appointee will be asked to fulfil various responsibilities when joining this trust, including: Participation in an out of hours consultant rota. Responsibilities for carrying out teaching, examination, and accreditation duties. Contributing to undergraduate, post-graduate, and continuing medical education activity. Development of sub-specialty interests that fit in with Division needs and the strategic direction of the Trust. Continuing responsibility for the care of patients in your charge, including all administrative duties associated with patient care. Multidisciplinary team working, involving regular MDT discussions with colleagues.
Additional Information: Will consider full-time or part-time. 10 P.A's. Prestigious NHS Trust. A well-supported & friendly team. Must have GMC Registration. Outstanding schools within public and private sectors.
