Ocean to Earth Recruitment is seeking a Consultant Landscape Architect for their client, an award-winning environmental consultancy in London. The role requires 3-5 years of experience and offers a 4-day work week, hybrid working, and a salary between £28,870 and £34,960. Responsibilities: Lead projects through LI/RIBA design stages, from strategies and masterplans to technical designs. Produce design drawings, green/blue infrastructure plans, and landscape masterplans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, site-specific solutions. Engage with clients and design teams while managing workloads effectively. Participate in workshops, team meetings, and professional development initiatives. Ideal Candidate: 3–5 years’ professional experience and postgraduate qualifications in Landscape Architecture or a related field. Experience running projects through all design stages. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and ideally Revit. Strong skills in sustainable design, ecosystems services, and climate-adaptive strategies. Chartered or working toward Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Full right to work in the UK. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of UK planning systems. Experience with the Building with Nature Accreditation. Passion for planting schemes, biodiversity, and resilient design.
