Consultant Job Description Intapp is recruiting a Consultant to join our Compliance team. The Consultant participates as a member of the Services team to fulfil the Intapp brand promise and delight our customers by providing world-class enterprise consulting services through platform implementation services designed to realize value, align business and strategic goals, and support the strategic development of the customer. This role will focus on our code of ethics software, part of our Dealcloud platform. Intapp develops software and provides services to enable professional services firms to leverage the disruptive power of data, intelligent automation, and AI to better compete. Our goal is to enhance an organization’s ability to win more business, operate profitably, manage risk, and collaborate more closely with clients. What you will do: Participate as the Functional Lead of a project team during the delivery of Intapp solution, Employee Compliance. Provide analysis of client needs and implementation recommendations. Lead in the review of requirements and business processes to design new business processes to deliver the solution. Produce organized, detailed, but easily consumed design documentation for purposes of capturing and conveying design/development/configuration of Intapp software. Support project Technical Lead in the implementation of the customer’s design. Deliver product/platform training to customers on the developed and configured solution(s). Act as the trusted advisor and subject matter expert to the customer. Lead clients to utilize industry leading practices. Support other Intapp operations such as Support, Customer Success, Product, and more. What you will need: 2-4 years of experience in a technical implementation role within the Professional Services industry. Experience in the Compliance industry, particularly with industry-standard code of ethics software systems in a SaaS organization. Team player with the ability to coordinate work with all team members. Organized, disciplined, but flexible independent professional with strong ability to task-switch and manage multiple competing projects. Emotionally intelligent, engaging listener and thoughtful communicator possessing exceptional written and verbal skills. Strong communicator, personable and collaborative. Demonstrate maturity and acumen navigating business and professional environments. Objective and goal-oriented professional who is used to achieving targets. Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews, and change management with clients. Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio). Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or strong related equivalent experience. Experience with systems integrations, business process integrations, and automation. Cloud and SaaS experience. Issue tracking system (e.g., JIRA). Comfortable working independently.
