Wide clinical experience in Multiorgan Retrieval, HPB Experience in Normothermic Organ perfusion Clinical audit experience Knowledge of the Clinical Governance framework of the NHS (including Research governance) and understanding of current changes in the organisation and management structures of the NHS. Ability to act within these parameters Awareness and understanding of health, safety and security issues for self and others Desirable criteria
Wide clinical experience in Liver Transplant Extended interest in liver transplantation Experience in Normothermic Regional perfusion Experience of and an interest in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching Knowledge and understanding of the principles of resource and budgetary management within the NHS Skills and aptitudes
