We are sourcing 2 Old Age Psych Consultants for the North Wales region:
Role 1:
Covering South Gwynedd Dwyfor (Meirionnydd) working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Working with the Community Mental Health Team, responsible for Old Age Services covering GP surgeries in the South Gwynedd area. The post will provide CPA reviews and ward rounds for inpatients from the catchment area, outpatient clinics and medical input to the memory service. Will deal with organic referrals from within the catchment also. Expected to comply with the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010 and undertake responsibilities if approved under the MHA (1983) as a Section 12(2) approved doctor.
Role 2:
Wepre House CMHT in Connah's Quay, Flintshire. The post will be 10 DCC (1 of which is for admin) working Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 onsite. Section 12(2) and AC Approv. Covering memory service and dementia patients.
