A UK-based private healthcare provider experiencing lack of consistency across it's treatment centres is looking for an experienced Consultant to lead a process optimisation programme.
You will be responsible for reviewing current processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes across the board.
Key responsibilities include:
Map and improve processes to ensure efficiency and consistency across treatment areas
Collaborate with the COO and senior manager, working alongside them to implement changes.
Engage with various stakeholders, including patients and doctors, to ensure smooth communication and process adoption.
You will have:
5+ years experience in management consulting, ideally in healthcare or hospitality
Strong experience in process mapping and implementation
Strong stakeholder management skills, including interacting with patients, doctors, and internal teams
Ability to work independently and manage multiple processes simultaneously
