Job overview We are looking for a highly organised project support co-ordinator with energy, enthusiasm, and experience of organising and enabling teams to join the Transformation and Improvement team at KMPT. Working collaboratively with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users and carers, your role is pivotal in enabling the Transformation and Improvement Team to effectively co-design and co-produce projects which achieve transformational change, for example: recover and transform, improving clinical care pathways, redesigning services, creating strategies, implementing a quality improvement culture and improving quality of care. Main duties of the job As a Project Support Co-ordinator, your work will be varied and always focused on what matters - enabling and empowering brilliant care through brilliant people with positive change. Working collaboratively with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers, your role is pivotal in enabling the Transformation and Improvement Team to effectively co-design and co-produce projects which achieve measurable change. Minimum Requirements: The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
