Consultant Psychiatrist CRHT

with a £20K Support Package

The role of Associate Medical Director for West Norfolk Locality would also be considered for the right candidate. This post attracts a 'New Starter' package of £15,000 spread over 3 years as a retention bonus and is also supported by a £12,000 relocation allowance. The role also attracts a loyalty Scheme Bonus of £2,500 over the subsequent 5 years of service. CPD is being paid at a higher level with the facility to accumulate annual funding for up to three years to accommodate accessing higher cost development opportunities. Support is based on crisis services being refashioned into a hub and spoke model to ensure senior supervision is always available where needed. The West CRHT is based at the Chatterton Centre which houses the Samphire acute admission ward, the West Norfolk CMHT, and assorted office space for outpatient services serving the west and the Care Group leadership. The West team is co-located with the mixed gender 16 bed Samphire Ward at Chatterton House and works closely with the Mental Health Liaison Services at all acute hospitals countywide but in particular the local Queen Elizabeth Hospital QEH.
