This Post is for a Consultant Psychiatrist responsible for providing clinical input and leadership to Forensic Outreach and Liaison Services - Community Forensic Team Trust-Wide based at Unither House, Chertsey, working alongside a multidisciplinary team in line with New Ways of Working.

This vacancy is a brand new role, and the post-holder will provide supervision of conditionally discharged restricted patients residing in Surrey who continue to need support and care from Forensic Mental Health Services, either because they have been recently released from a secure hospital or because there is instability in their clinical condition and/or risk factors (risk to others).
