As a
Consultant Psychiatrist , you will work with patients who have already been diagnosed, providing ongoing care and treatment to support their mental health journey. Your primary responsibilities will include: Prescribing and Medication Management: Initiating, adjusting, and discontinuing medications based on clinical needs. Follow-ups and Reviews: Conducting regular patient reviews to assess treatment progress and adjust dosages or medication as necessary. Clinical Expertise in General Adult Psychiatry: Treating and managing a wide variety of general adult mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and other mood disorders. Key Requirements Full GMC registration with a license to practice in the UK. CCT in General Adult Psychiatry (or equivalent). Extensive experience in prescribing and managing medications for patients with diagnosed mental health conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. Section 12 and AC.
