MediTalent is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our client within their bespoke private hospital based in Newbury.
Our client provides exceptional mental health services, accepting admissions 24/7, catering to both local NHS patients and referrals from across the UK.
As a Consultant Psychiatrist, your expertise will help treat patients with various mental health conditions, including: Depression Anxiety Personality Disorders
The successful candidate will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychologists, nurses, and social workers to craft and execute tailored treatment plans. The hospital operates a non-residential medical on-call rota, and this role includes participation in the second on-call rota.
Key Responsibilities: Provide expert psychiatric care and support to patients. Diagnose and manage complex mental health conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive treatment plans. Participate in the on-call rota. Ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
Requirements: Fully qualified Medical Doctor (MD). Registration with the
General Medical Council (GMC) . Extensive experience in psychiatry, with knowledge of mental health complexities. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
