Lead a team of psychologists and clinicians, providing mentoring and professional development opportunities to enhance their practice. Drive Innovation:
Play a key role in developing services and expanding the clinic, including contributing to the launch of a new DBT community service in 2025. Manage Complex Cases:

The person: We are looking for a Consultant Psychologist with experience in leading and developing clinical services in community and preferably private settings. Our aim as a charity is to improve the mental health of others and you will share our passion to find ways to make therapy accessible for the general public through a blend of innovative thinking and the following skills: Clinical Expertise:
Extensive experience in psychological assessments and interventions, with expertise in therapies such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and Schema Therapy. Leadership Vision:
Proven experience managing clinical teams and mentoring professionals to achieve excellence in practice. Commitment to Innovation:
A passion for driving service expansion and delivery, helping shape the future of psychological care. Risk Management Skills:
Experience navigating complex clinical challenges and managing high-risk cases with care and professionalism. HCPC Registration:
Chartered Clinical/Forensic Psychologist status and a strong dedication to professional development and clinical governance. Practical:
Excellent communication and presentation skills both in person and electronically. A full UK driving license is essential. Person Specification
