Overall clinical leadership and governance of the service Undertaking direct clinical and diagnostic work as required To assist in the development and transformation of the overall delivery model for the service To provide supervision to other clinical staff as required To advise and assist other clinical teams in developing care pathways and expertise in the assessment and management of neurodevelopmental conditions To work closely with the service manager in the management and leadership of the staff team as a whole To work with other Consultant grade psychologists and other senior managerial and clinical staff in the Directorate as required to integrate with other care pathways and coordinate care around co-morbidity as required Person specification
Knowledge, experience and skill
Doctoral qualification in clinical or counselling psychology or equivalent HCPC registered practitioner psychologist Experience in the diagnosis and management of ADHD, ASD and/or Tourette's Experience of delivering clinical supervision across a range of disciplines Experience in clinical leadership We are an equal opportunities employer, which aims to employ a workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
