Responsibilities: As a Consultant or Senior Consultant at Access Infinity, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality strategic projects for our global pharma and biotech clients. You will guide project teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development efforts. Your expertise will help shape market access strategies that bring innovative medicines to patients. Tasks: Lead and manage complex global pricing and market access consultancy projects, developing and refining strategies based on client needs, payer perspectives, and health system dynamics. Conduct primary and secondary research, including payer analogues and clinical data, to inform pricing and reimbursement strategies. Oversee in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, using HTA outcomes and pricing data to drive strategic decision-making. Manage client relationships by understanding their stated and unstated needs, and delivering high-value, actionable recommendations. Mentor and guide project teams to ensure high standards in research, analysis, and deliverables, while collaborating across teams for optimal outcomes. Support business development by identifying new opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge, and contributing to proposal development. Effectively communicate research findings and strategic recommendations to clients through clear, concise reports and presentations. Continuously contribute to the improvement of internal processes and project management tools. About you: We are seeking proactive, solution-oriented individuals with strong project management and client engagement skills. You should be an excellent communicator, adept at managing teams, and driven to deliver exceptional value to clients. What we are looking for: Educational Background:

An undergraduate degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field. Experience:

3–4 years of experience in global strategic market access consultancy, with a proven track record in project management and delivery. Global Health Systems Knowledge:

Strong understanding of the structure and function of international health systems, with familiarity in regulatory environments. Client Management:

Experience managing client relationships and delivering tailored strategic insights to meet client needs. Analytical Skills:

Proficiency in analysing complex qualitative and quantitative datasets, with a sound understanding of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other related tools. Communication & Presentation Skills:

Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to develop and deliver impactful presentations. Team Collaboration:

A proven team player, able to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. Ideal: Advanced Education:

A postgraduate qualification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field. Business Development:

Demonstrated success in business development and proposal writing. Line Management Responsibilities:
