Panoramic is exclusively supporting an SEN School in the South West, in their search for an interim Senior Leader to support in their school improvement journey. This will be starting ASAP, running until the end of the Summer term initially but likely ongoing.
As Interim Senior Leader, you will be supporting the rapid improvement plans currently in place and assisting the current Head to implement quick changes and prepare for Ofsted. While your role adds capacity across a broad range of areas, you will have autonomy and be able to make changes and act similarly to the Head.
This role can be Outside IR35, allowing you to use a Limited Company for payment. A competitive day rate is offered. A DBS on the Update Service is preferable but not essential. Interviews are taking place ASAP on Teams. For more information, please contact Panoramic Associates.
