We're currently working on a fantastic Locum Consultant Social Worker opportunity based within an Early Help Team in the Liverpool area. The role is to support the practice improvement within the Early Help Hubs. The audits will focus on the child's "lived experience" as well as quality and impact of practice to promote practice improvement across the service.

Undertaking audits of case work completed by Outreach Family Support Workers and Early Help Social Workers to support practice development Provide feedback on an individual basis to support learning and development with individual staff, and collate thematic findings in audit reports to be shared across the service To be considered for the Consultant Social Worker role, ideally you will have:
