We welcome applicants for the Substantive Consultant, 10 session post to join a well-established Urology team. The post offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to work in a busy department to help further develop modern urological services and to deliver an increasing workload. The appointee will contribute to core urology and take an active role in extending the current service provision in Stones and Endourology to meet the increasing demand for Urological services in North Wales.

FRCS (Urol) or equivalent. Full GMC registration. Entry on the GMC Specialist Register via CCT or CESR (CP) - proposed CCT date must be within 6 months of interview. Further higher qualification. Stones / Endourology fellowship. Experience
Satisfactory completion of a recognised training programme or equivalent urology programme. Academic Achievement, Research and Publication
Exposure to research methodology; good academic training together with research and publication is an advantage. Teaching and Education
Experience and interest in teaching both junior medical and non-medical staff. Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development and lifelong learning. Commitment to teaching. Audit
Relevant experience in clinical audit. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
