You’ll perform all routine IVF procedures, manage, plan and undertake patient treatments, providing an exceptional consultation service. You’ll manage the assessment of emergency admissions, arranging appropriate care. You will be expected to provide clinical support to nursing staff, offering emergency telephone advice as required.

The experience our patients receive is critical to us, and the patient-centred treatment you provide is paramount to their experience. You’ll optimise this by corresponding and communicating with patients in ways other than face to face (e.g., phone, video, email, letter). You have the professional gravitas that provides them with the confidence they need that you’re the expert, while remaining approachable and consultative.

Your impact won’t be just felt by our patients; you’ll be empowered to suggest improvements to current policies and procedures. You’ll act as a Care Fertility ambassador, promoting services through media interviews and educational meetings.

We can offer you the opportunity to gain greater experience which will allow you to diversify your knowledge because, due to our leading position, we can uniquely offer training on more complex treatment pathways.

About you: You want to specialise and move into pure IVF and a fertility clinic, one with an organisation behind it that has the governance, scientific, and medical expertise that will allow you to drive your career forward.

You’re driven to continue your personal development; we’ll actively encourage you to pursue research interests, contribute to the advancement of the clinical programmes, and to the success of Care Fertility.

You’re flexible and able to independently judge potential situations, identifying and taking alternative courses of action without putting the client or business at risk.

You enjoy working with a diverse range of patients, and that’s what drives you to Care Fertility; we believe family is for everyone.

We can offer you a chance to be part of a collective, where everything is well discussed, meetings are inclusive, and changes are made accordingly following discussion. We’re not autocratic; there is an inclusive and supportive culture where expertise is shared across clinics.

Your qualifications include: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification Full registration and licence to practice with the GMC MRCOG or equivalent ATSMs in Subfertility and Assisted Conception or equivalent

It’s essential to be competent in scanning; however, a qualification is highly desirable.

Location and Benefits: This role is offered as full or part-time. We’re based at Bath Business Park, Roman Way, Peasedown St John, Bath BA2 8SG.

In a company where hard work and great results are recognised, you can look forward to a supportive culture of collaboration where we value each other.

Competitive salary Performance related bonus 33 Days annual leave (including public holidays) Pension scheme Life assurance A range of other benefits including retail discounts, a wellbeing hub, holiday trading
