is a cutting-edge tree management solution that empowers your organization with essential tools and expert guidance to effectively minimize potential tree hazards and take timely remedial actions. We are currently seeking a proficient Consulting Arborist to become a valuable member of our team. The position entails offering consulting services in tree biology, VTA, species identification, and pricing recommendations for tree operations. As a Consulting Arborist, you will assume a pivotal role in client support and management, project organization, and the compilation of tree systems and data. Additionally, you will have the chance to deliver training to clients and provide them with professional arboricultural advice. Key Responsibilities Include Prepare regular reports for management regarding sales activities, projects, and service delivery. Oversee client relationships and projects, ensuring timely completion and the delivery of high-quality work. Perform tree assessments and generate comprehensive reports, including tree management plans. Provide expert advice on arboricultural practices, industry advancements, and sales and marketing initiatives. Conduct aerial assessments and carry out diagnostic testing. Collaborate with clients, staff, contractors, and suppliers to meet service and project requirements. Deliver training sessions to clients and their staff on product usage and industry best practices. Handle administrative responsibilities, such as timekeeping and providing support to staff and management. What you will do to be successful in this role Hold a minimum of an Australian recognized Cert 5 in Arboriculture or above. Have at least 5 years of experience in consulting arborist roles. Possess sound technical skills in tree biology, VTA, species identification, and remedial tree works. Demonstrate accurate pricing knowledge for tree operations and excellent CRM skills. Show proficiency in IT and report writing. Display commercial acumen and motivation to contribute to the growth of the consulting arm of the business. Hold risk assessment qualifications such as QTRA and/or TRAQ (Mandatory). Maintain a good level of physical fitness and mobility to conduct tree assessments. Why you'll love working with us.
