We are open to receiving candidates across EMEA (within reason) Objective: As a member of the Technical Pre-Sales Department, you will work closely with the Sales Team to position our Portfolio of Solutions, drive field Systems Engineers in their projects and report product evolution requests to Product Management. Responsibilities: Job responsibilities: Member of the CSE team covering the EMEA region (with some infrequent travel to APAC) Second level of pre-sales support assisting the SE organisation:

in responding to RFPs/RFIs: design, solution specification, product information in supporting key projects to ensure the best possible technical outcome in leading technical discussions, articulating the technology and demonstrating differentiated value in conducting compelling solution presentation, demonstrations and POCs

Being responsible to build technical material to support sales activities (slideware, solution brief, white papers, success stories, etc.) and design workshops Effectively disseminate product knowledge to the Sales Team and Channel Point of contact for the Product Management team: responsible to report and consolidate customer needs across EMEA, validate business case, write and prioritise feature requests Report project activities, analyse project trends and provide market vision Participate in the development of commercial strategies Participate in seminars Travel as required throughout the EMEA region Being able to self-start and understand the addressable market for your designated technologies Work closely with Product Managers and peer CSE’s to provide your input on product direction and strategy Required Skills: Pre-sales experience (5 years) Vendor experience Strong understanding of Advanced Cyber Threats, Insider Risk and Switching. Expertise level in the following areas: Advanced Threat Protection; including Endpoint Technology, NDR and DLP Additional skills should include a good understanding of Threat Intelligence analysis and Automated Response Hands on experience with Kali and Linux pen testing systems Strong presentation skills with the ability to presentto Executives and C-Level staff Excellent written and verbal communication skills A self-motivated, independent thinker Fluency in English essential Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in network security industry.
