Your Purpose Are you passionate about understanding consumers and creating brand strategies with impact? We are seeking an experienced Consumer & Brand Insights Manager to join our team and champion the voice of the consumer in shaping the future of our business and brands. As the advocate for the consumer, you’ll craft compelling and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and support world-class execution. You will draw on primary research, agile tools, secondary sources, and in-market observation to create a comprehensive understanding of the consumer. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data, combining them to forge insights that inspire emotional connections and influence brand and category strategies. By proactively identifying opportunities, you’ll deliver results that make a real impact. About you: A skilled storyteller who can transform data into compelling narratives. A proactive, hands-on professional with experience in consumer insights and brand strategy. Someone who thrives in a dynamic, hybrid work environment and has a passion for understanding and connecting with consumers. Skilled at translating stakeholder questions/needs into research programmes. Experience coordinating primary research projects and managing agency partners to deliver actionable insights. Strong Project Management skills. Impact and influencing skills to ensure objective insights drive business and brand action.
