Consumer & Shopper Data Analyst

Remote - Manchester Based

Salary: £50k


MKJ Ignite are excited to be working with a multi-award-winning, Glasgow-based scale-up that's revolutionising the industry through innovative data-driven insights. We’re on the hunt for a Consumer & Shopper Data Analyst who is eager to develop and grow alongside this rapidly expanding business.


What skills do you need to have to be considered?


A passion for all things data & insights, coupled with a positive and vibrant personality.

Strong numerical and logical skills, with experience in research methodologies and creating consumer feedback surveys.

Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting through Excel or similar data management systems.

A strong communicator who can convey ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to build effective working relationships.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, with high-quality interpersonal and influencing skills.

Analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a self-starter attitude.

Familiarity with the FMCG industry would be a plus, but not essential.

⭐ A proven problem solver who is organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.


What You’ll Be Doing:


Analysing and interpreting business needs, preparing insightful analysis presentations for clients.

Creating engaging consumer surveys to derive key insights, and managing the end-to-end delivery of data insight reports.

Liaising with clients to understand their challenges and objectives, ensuring all insights drive meaningful results.

Building and presenting compelling stories from data, using statistical techniques to model and predict consumer behaviours.

Managing large data sets, delivering data-driven solutions to support company initiatives.

Developing and optimising solutions for core company activities, ensuring compliance and quality in all deliverables.
