Skilled and passionate Contact Centre Advisors are needed to join the team at theICEway, a leading IT services and technology consultancy based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. We are open to both full-time and part-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Answering and managing inbound customer calls.
Making outbound calls to customers as needed.
Resolving customer issues and providing helpful solutions.
Managing customer bookings and handling queries for cruise clients.
Responding to customer emails efficiently.
Upselling products and processing orders in the system.
Working closely with internal teams to ensure first-contact resolution.
Handling escalations from colleagues.
Providing accurate product and service information to customers.
Working Hours
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week.
Rota-based shifts Monday to Friday between 8 am - 8 pm.
Saturday shifts (10 am - 6 pm) on a rota basis.
Part-time roles also available.
Required Skills & Experience
Fluency in English is essential.
Fluency in German is required for one specific role.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service.
Previous experience in customer service, contact centres, or similar roles is desirable.
