In the role of Contact Centre Advisor, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the high standards of customer service Swansway Motor Group is known for. As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will be tasked with: Engaging with customers to schedule Services, MOTs, and vehicle health checks Arranging Service Plans and overseeing various product campaigns Proactively reaching out to remind customers of upcoming services and care needs Collaborating within a close-knit team to enhance customer experiences Prioritising positive customer journeys in line with Swansway's ethos
