Contact Centre – Sales Specialist.
£24,000 to £26,000 basic salary – OTE £35,000-£45,000

Your Job
Due to the continued growth of our company, we are recruiting a sales specialist to work in our contact centre in the Ancoats area of Manchester. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Roles & Responsibilities
Dealing with inbound clients enquiring about our services, building a relationship of trust, and promoting our services.
With your in-depth product knowledge, you’ll be matching our clients to the best service for them and closing with enthusiasm where appropriate on suitable products.
Dealing with existing clients and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Being a voice of the Simpler Law Brand and maintaining our proud level of service.
