Sheridan ward is excited to be on the lookout for a new Contact Centre Advisor to join one of our lovely and well established clients based in Southall! They are looking for someone who has strong previous customer service experience, as well as someone who has excellent written and verbal communication skills. They are also looking for someone who has experience answering a high volume of calls! This role does include weekend work, not every weekend but every few weekends there would be a day that is needed to be worked, if this is the case you do get a day off in the week so only work 5 days! Responsibilities:

Dealing with inbound calls Responding and dealing with customer queries Making sure customers details are logged correctly Amending customers orders if required Monitoring customer returns Working with the sales team Benefits:
